Bajivi Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

Bajivi is an online gaming platform offering various games and entertainment services for Bangladeshi players. To use bajivi, you must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to participate in online gaming according to the laws of your country. bajivi reserves the right to verify your identity and age, and may request identification documents or other documentation from you at any time. If you fail to provide the required documents, bajivi may suspend or close your account and forfeit your winnings.

When registering on the bajivi platform, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information or opening an account in someone else's name is strictly prohibited and will result in your account being closed and all winnings being voided. Each person may have only one bajivi account, and opening multiple accounts is prohibited. If bajivi detects multiple accounts, it may suspend or close all accounts. Maintaining the security of your account and password is entirely your responsibility. You will be held responsible for any activity conducted from your account, even if performed by someone else.

2. Account Management

To open a bajivi account, you need to complete a registration form providing your name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and other required information. During registration, you must create a username and a strong password. It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential and change it regularly. bajivi will never ask for your password, and you should never share it with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact customer support.

You may request to close your account at any time through customer support. Before closing your account, all your pending bets will be settled and you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance. bajivi reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time for any reason, especially if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in suspicious activity. If your account remains inactive for 12 months or more, bajivi may charge an inactivity fee of BDT 500 per month or 10% of your remaining balance, whichever is lower.

2.1 Account Verification

Bajivi may verify your account for security and legal reasons, which may require you to provide the following documents:

• Government-issued identification such as national ID card or passport
• Proof of address such as utility bill or bank statement
• Proof of payment method such as bank account or mobile banking screenshot
• Selfie or video verification

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Bajivi supports various payment methods including mobile banking, bank transfer, and other digital payment systems. All deposits must be made from your own account, and third-party payments are not accepted. Deposits are usually processed instantly and credited to your bajivi account immediately. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500, and the maximum deposit limit depends on your account level and payment method. bajivi does not charge any deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own fees.

To make a withdrawal, you must first verify your account and meet all wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1000, and you can withdraw a maximum of BDT 50,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 hours, but in some cases, additional verification may take 48-72 hours. Withdrawals are sent only to the payment method you used for deposits. bajivi follows strict anti-money laundering policies, and if your deposit and withdrawal patterns appear suspicious, additional documentation may be requested.

3.1 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing any deposit amount, you must wager that amount at least once. This means if you deposit BDT 1000, you must place BDT 1000 in bets before withdrawing. Bonus amounts have separate wagering requirements as stated in the bonus terms and conditions.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses have their own terms and conditions including wagering requirements, minimum deposit, maximum bet size, and expiry date. Always read and understand all terms before claiming a bonus. Bonus abuse, such as claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or meeting wagering through collusion, is strictly prohibited and will result in all bonuses and winnings being voided and the account being closed.

Bonuses are only for specific players who meet bajivi's promotional terms. bajivi reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate any bonus at any time. Bonus cash cannot be withdrawn directly; instead, wagering requirements must be met first, and then winnings can be withdrawn. Bonuses typically have an expiry period ranging from 7 to 30 days, and unused bonuses are automatically canceled after expiration. If bajivi suspects bonus abuse, it may cancel your bonus at any time and review your account.

5. Gaming Rules

All bajivi games are fair and use Random Number Generators (RNG) that are certified by independent testing agencies. If you believe any game is not fair, contact customer support and we will investigate. Once bets are placed, they generally cannot be canceled or changed. If a game result is incorrect due to a technical issue or obvious error, bajivi reserves the right to void that game and refund all bets. bajivi will not be liable for any losses caused by problems with your internet connection or device.
